Cedar Springs Church of Christ
When Jesus told Peter, “Upon this rock, I will build my church” (Matt 16:18), and would give Peter the keys to the kingdom (vs. 19), it came to pass, on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:1). Peter used the keys and replied, “repent and be baptized each and every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of sins...” (vs. 38). “Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls” (vs. 41). “Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved” (vs. 47). The Lord’s church, from prophecy, to reality came into eternal existence. Therefore, the Cedar Springs Church of Christ is the Lord’s church, duplicated in salvation, worship, doctrine, teaching, application and practice.
We invite you to visit us, in person, or online, to investigate the truth (Jn 17:17), which is the word, of God, about the church that Christ died for (Acts 20:28) and is married to (Rev 21:2) and is called by the husband’s name i.e. “the Churches (congregations) of Christ salute you” (Rom 16:16).
We believe that men and women must search the scriptures, to find Christ (Jn 5:39), and to recognize His authority, in heaven and earth (Matt 28:18), and Him being the “author of eternal salvation, to all them who obey Him” (Heb 5:8,9). Therefore, let us invite you, to an opportunity, of taking you back to scriptures, to “prove all things, and hold fast that which is good” (1Thess 5:21).
